Bubbly maker, Melissa Nelsen, is delighted that her Genevieve MCC has been selected as THE sparkling wine to be served at the pre-launch of artist Paul du Toit’s exhibition at the Franschhoek Literary Festival.

“Future Primeval” brings art to the 5th Literary Festival in Franschhoek. The exhibition is being held at The Yard, 38 Huguenote Street, Franschhoek from the 14th May -12th June 2011.

We’re honoured to get to know South African Sci-Fi author, Lauren Beukes, (@laurenbeukes) a bit better. Especially because she’s managed to find a gap in her hectic post-award-winning schedule to answer our questions using her brilliant wordsmithing skills!

Lauren recently won Britain’s premier award for science fiction literature, the Arthur C Clarke Award, for her latest novel, Zoo City.
