Chardonnay

New School Grand Cru Festival

This is a great initiative and Genevieve MCC is pleased to be part of the New School Grand Cru’s first festival, hope to see you there!

Press release received from Môreson:

On the 26th of April 2014 Môreson will be hosting the inaugural back-to-basics New School Grand Cru Chardonnay.

Our aim, along with 22 other participating Chardonnay producers, is to showcase the amazing versatility of Chardonnay … the noblest of noble cultivars. We haven’t restricted the participating farms to style nor have we limited them to still-wines because what we’d like, more than anything else, is for them to bring their ChardonnAy-game to our festival.

We, as South African Chardonnay producers, are shaking things up; we’re kicking all pretentious elements to the curb; we’re focusing on kick-ass Chardonnay and the people involved in imagining and creating these them.

The Deets: Tickets: Tickets cost R150 per person and include a glass and 10 tasting coupons Tickets are available for purchase via webtickets. Alternatively you can get hold of Patricia – assistant@moreson.co.za – to organise your tickets and payment directly.
