Winter On The Farm

We’ve had a cold and wet winter here in Bot River which has been a dream for our vines. Due to this cold and wet weather coming early on in the winter months we’re expecting an earlier harvest next year.

We’ve been busy in the vines lately from planting cover crops to pruning vineyards. Our cover crops of lupins and barley have flourished whilst our pruning has been done along with some intensive composting to boost and feed the soils.

On the whole a successful winter season!
