🍲 Favourite winter meal?

🍾 Favourite vintage?
Each vintage has its own special qualities—it’s a bit like choosing
your favourite child! But today, I’d choose the 2017. It has matured
beautifully, and whenever we get the chance to open a bottle, it brings
me so much joy. #WineOfChoice

🍇 What happens in the vineyard during winter?
We’ve sown winter cover crops of korog and broad beans, cleared the
bankies, and treated the soil for a few deficiencies we identified. It
has been a warmer winter than usual, so the vines may wake earlier from
dormancy. We’re keeping a close eye on them and may begin our spray
programme earlier this year. #Botriverwines

I’ve just returned from Mozambique, so it has to be a 2M beer! #InTheGlass
